These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of beecurrent.com and the services provided by Bee Current ("Bee Current," "we," "us," or "our"), including our AI-powered lead response service, Lead60, and any related automated calling and text messaging (SMS) services. By using our website or services, or by receiving calls or texts from a business using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Services

Bee Current provides automated lead-response technology to businesses, including:

  • AI-driven phone calls placed or received on behalf of our business clients
  • Automated SMS text messaging on behalf of our business clients
  • Related lead management and follow-up automation

Our services are delivered using third-party infrastructure, including Twilio (telephony and messaging) and Converti.ai (workflow automation).

2. Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms apply to two groups:

  • Business clients who engage Bee Current to provide Lead60 or related services for their leads and customers
  • End recipients — individuals who receive a call or text message as a result of a business client's use of our platform

Business clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper consent to contact their own leads and customers, and for complying with applicable telemarketing, SMS, and data protection laws (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM) with respect to their own lead lists.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Send unsolicited messages or place calls to individuals who have not provided consent to be contacted
  • Transmit unlawful, harassing, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent content
  • Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our platform or the networks connected to it

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service to any business client found to be in violation of these terms, including violations related to consent, spam, or unlawful contact practices.

4. SMS and Calling Consent

Recipients of messages or calls through our platform may opt out at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe
  • Reply HELP for assistance
  • Inform any AI or human caller directly to be removed from future calls, or contact us using the information in Section 9

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on the nature of your interaction with the business contacting you.

5. Business Client Responsibilities

If you are a business client using Lead60 or related services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have obtained lawful consent to contact the individuals in any lead list you provide to us
  • Any data you provide to us for processing was collected in compliance with applicable law
  • You will promptly honor opt-out requests communicated to you or to us

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology used to deliver our services are the property of Bee Current or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell our underlying technology without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, particular call or message outcomes, or specific business results. AI-generated calls and messages may occasionally contain errors; you should review automated communications where accuracy is critical.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bee Current shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost leads, or third-party claims arising from a business client's use of the platform.
